The weather is on the turn so I have to be picky about when I go out to work on the caravan. After a gllomy morning it dried up at mid-day and out I went. The next stage is to fit the fibre glass front on the van and seal it all up ready for the trims. I took my time doing the job and came across a few problems - nothing serious, just enought to slow me down. Eventually I got it on and it looks like a caravan again.

My brother and I also had a dry run at putting the window in. Ok, we didnt have any mastic in there but we did manage it. I intend to make a tutorial out of it when we do the job proper because it is not a straightforward procedure. I should get around to that Tuesday or Wednesday weather permitting. Then the next hardest job will be getting the old glue off the outside of the van from the duct tape. Elbow grease and solvent will be the order of the day I think! Will I get it finished by next weekend? Heres hoping.
